I aspired to work in arts admin, but found it very competitive in Brum. I think there is loads more support especially online for creatives- which is lovely to see. Funding for mentoring and CPD- if only I knew earlier. I hardly have any time to cultivate my artform- I only really compose for students/work and hardly ever practice.
