Hi!

We didn't have a chance to talk unfortunately and I left early due to feel a bit ill. I liked what you did as it showed different ways of making music - still wondering what the control was doing! I wonder if you could utilise multiple controls that could be handed out to the audience?

I do some digital illustration and performance art, though I've gotten into the chiptune scene recently. I had a go at Pure:Data last year, but was a bit scared, so gonna tackle it again soon. Generally I want to look at generative art, using programs such as processing.

Check out the Insectoid! project. You sounds would definitely fit in there. We've got a performance next week where we'll be using Pure:Data and lasers to create lotsa noise :-D

I think it looks good like this! (I'm a sucker for the planning stages of work, and like the sketchy, unfinished feel)

I'm not sure how well it'd work with fabric, as you'd need to get the creases in, but would be well worth the try! I'm sure you could use something to stick it too ;-)

Once my transfer kit arrives I'm hoping to make videos like this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=63CfBicnrtg I still managed to impress a bunch of people with it over the weekend, despite it being a piece of technology that's over 10 years old which produces terrible quality photos!

Loving that jazzy border. I remember fondly the days when these cameras were mazing technology and made you cool in the playground (needless to say i didn't own one)

Tell me about it,

After graduating- I found it really difficult to work in the arts. I aspired to work in arts admin, but found it very competitive in Brum.

I think there is loads more support especially online for creatives- which is lovely to see. Funding for mentoring and CPD- if only I knew earlier.

I hardly have any time to cultivate my artform- I only really compose for students/work and hardly ever practice. I struggle with balance- and yep, it's all my fault.

Good luck!
