What is digitl inclusion?

Configdence to try technology and know that you can get help and advice from people. Reliing on the community and know that there's people out there who can help you.

Can't break anything -  There'se always a backup.

Accessibility. All they've got is people to do consultaionts and telliong disabled people what they want instead of asking them what they want. Lots of reports leading to nowwhere. Maybe empower those that have disabilities to do their own research into assistive technologies. Give the money to the people

1. Can I get ccess?
2. Having a go
3. Getting involved. 

Bring all of the population onto the Internet so that they can reach people directly and lcose physical spaces.

Do peopel  care about being connected to the internet and being digitally included?

Target 1 million people? Who are those one million people. Is it just the elderly, the younge? Who?

People arent' just digitally excluded, they're just excluded.

Why are people excluded? 

It's just engagement. Start with teh bigger solution. You can have just online communities but they need something physical to back it up. People often ask when there is going to be a meet-up. 

And thern there's just eissues of technology just not workingg. What would you do without technology. Maybe it enchances your experience

Digital devision - it's just nonsene to expect everyone to go online. Some people just don't want to. is the inetrnet just an excellerated mirror of real life.

Those who are already digitally included. Are they really all that social?

how do you measure digital inclusion? Is it by the number of comments on a blog/website? Is it by their google ranking? How do you know when someone is digital inclusion?
